John Kelly

John Kelly is a Tax Partner at Matheson Ormsby Prentice, bringing over 30 years of experience in taxation. Previously, they served as a Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1988 to 2004 and worked as an Inspector of Taxes for the Revenue Commissioners from 1979 to 1988. They specialize in advising clients on personal and corporate taxation, particularly in corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, wealth management, and executive remuneration. John holds a B.Comm in Business from University College Dublin and has completed a Diploma in Professional Accounting from Michael Smurfit Business School, along with being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
