Niall Coughlan

Niall Coughlan currently serves as a Senior Associate in Aviation Finance and Transportation at Matheson LLP since January 2019. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Eversheds Sutherland Ireland, progressing from a trainee solicitor in Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial, and Banking and Financial Services from April 2017 to January 2019, to a pre-trainee/legal intern in Dispute Resolution and Litigation from August 2015 to July 2016. Niall gained valuable experience as a legal intern in Commercial & Intellectual Property at DFMG Solicitors, where involvement in a significant trademark dispute occurred, and in Criminal Law at D'Arcy Horan & Co Solicitors, which included various legal tasks and court attendance. Niall holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from Dublin City University and completed several professional courses at the Law Society of Ireland, including a Certificate in Aviation Leasing and Finance in early 2019.
