Adam Letourneau

Adam Letourneau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adam is currently employed as a Principal Instructional Designer at MathWorks, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, Adam worked at Coinbase as a Technical Training Lead from May 2022 to June 2022, where they developed and delivered technical training material for Technical Account Managers and Technical Solutions Operations staff.

Before joining Coinbase, Adam held several roles at MEDITECH. From November 2019 to May 2022, they served as a Senior Technical Training Supervisor, responsible for developing and delivering training curriculum to technical staff members. Adam also collaborated with stakeholders to design overall curriculum models and applied adult learning principles to create effective training content.

From January 2017 to May 2022, Adam worked as a Technical Training Supervisor at MEDITECH, overseeing the training of new-hire Programmer/Analysts and designing e-Learning and classroom training offerings. Adam also held the position of Senior Training Specialist from November 2013 to January 2017, where they developed an e-Learning curriculum and implemented various training tools.

Adam's earlier roles at MEDITECH include serving as a Supervisor from May 2006 to November 2013, where they led a project for the development of parameterized interfaces for lab instruments and acted as the primary contact for instrumental companies. Adam also worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst from November 2004 to May 2006, gaining experience in large-scale projects and standardizing software delivery and support. Adam's career started at Milford Regional Medical Center as a Medical Record Clerical Aide from June 1998 to June 2001, where they gained valuable experience with MEDITECH applications and worked on an archiving project for patient data.

Adam Letourneau obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology with a minor in Computer Science from Providence College between 1997 and 2001.
