Giovanni Miraglia

Giovanni Miraglia is a Senior Software Engineer at MathWorks since January 2020. Prior to this role, Giovanni was a PhD Candidate and Bellwether Fellow at The University of Tulsa from July 2018 to January 2020 and served as an Instructor of Digital Systems Principles at the same institution from August 2016 to May 2018. As a Research Assistant, Giovanni collaborated with NASA and the US Air Force on the project "Autonomy and Intelligence in Air and Space Vehicles," focusing on a safety assurance architecture for Unmanned Aerial Systems. Giovanni holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from The University of Tulsa (2016-2019) and both a Master's degree (2013-2016) and a Bachelor's degree (2009-2012) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
