Laura Burke is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Principal HR Business Partner at MathWorks since August 2022, Laura previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Red Oak Sourcing, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for one of the largest pharmaceutical sourcing entities in the United States. Prior to that, Laura worked at Novartis, contributing as Global HR Business Partner for both Oncology Global Development and Global Medical Affairs, as well as for Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics.
