Sangita Skipitaris

Sangita Skipitaris is an experienced leader in customer success and engineering, currently serving as Group Leader for Customer Success Engineering at MathWorks since July 2023, where the focus is on aiding educators, researchers, and students in technology adoption and innovation. Previously, at Microsoft from March 2019 to May 2023, Sangita held roles such as Senior Director of Customer Success for Enterprise Commercial Sales and Cloud Solution Architect Manager, overseeing teams that enhanced customer experiences and drove cloud adoption. Sangita's career at Microsoft also included managing Mission Critical Support and key programs for SharePoint and Enterprise Search, emphasizing customer support and satisfaction. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director of FAST Technical Support at Fast Search and Transfer, where strategic global support initiatives were implemented. Sangita holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Mathematical Modeling and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oslo.
