Vijay Swaminathan

Vijay Swaminathan has extensive work experience in various roles at MathWorks and TRW Automotive. Vijay started their career at TRW Automotive as a Systems Engineer from May 2005 to December 2006. Vijay then joined MathWorks in December 2006 as an Application Support Engineer and later became a Senior Training Engineer from December 2007 to May 2014. At MathWorks, they also held the position of Manager in the Computer Science Development Group from May 2015 to December 2016, where they mentored new graduates and managed a team of engineers. Currently, they are the Worldwide Learning and Development Manager, Field Training and Development, and the Global Head of Sales Enablement at MathWorks, leading teams that design and deliver learning programs and ensure the sales organization has the necessary knowledge and skills for successful buyer interactions.

Vijay Swaminathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from RV College Of Engineering, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Vijay further pursued their education at the University of Michigan from 2003 to 2005, earning a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School.
