Brett Thacher

Brett Thacher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client partnership, sales, and marketing within the creative industry. Currently serving as VP of Client Partnership and Growth at both Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party® and Flux Resources since February 2023, Brett previously held the role of Director of Marketing and Business Development at Mathys+Potestio from 2017 to 2022, leading business development for one of Oregon's largest creative staffing agencies. Prior experience includes significant roles at AHA!, where Brett managed account teams for Fortune 500 clients and excelled in various capacities from Account Manager to Project Manager. Brett’s career also included a role at PGW Experience as Project Manager overseeing major promotions. Brett holds a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
