Massimiliano Silva

Massimiliano Silva is a Solution Architect and Technical Leader with extensive experience in the design of J2EE solutions and system integration using Tibco suite and BPM processes. Since October 2015, Massimiliano has worked at Maticmind S.p.A., managing projects with teams ranging from 4 to 10 resources from both technical and project management perspectives. Prior to this role, Massimiliano held a similar position at Hewlett-Packard from January 1998 to October 2015. Massimiliano's educational background includes specialization in Informatics from ITIS F. Giordani di Napoli, completed between 1983 and 1987.
