Kevin Nguyen has worked in the customer service industry since 2015. Kevin began their career at Black Pearl Teahouse as a Shift Lead, where they practiced interpersonal communication and multi-tasking. During their time there, they were able to facilitate the collaboration of school fundraisers, thus increasing brand awareness. Kevin then moved on to Q-Pot AYCE Korean BBQ & Hot Pot as a Lead Server, where they were able to develop within a startup environment. After graduating and coming back from a COVID lockdown, they started to take a more prominent role at Q-Pot as a Server Trainer, preparing the next generation of the workforce to become flexible, collaborative, and diligent. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Sales Development Representative at Matik, Inc., where they help companies like Glassdoor, KeepTruckin, & Envoy use Matik to create data-driven content.
Kevin Nguyen began their educational journey in 2015, when they attended Evergreen Valley College and earned an Associate's Degree for Transfer in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, they transferred to San Jose State University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General in 2020.
