Ashwini Challa has a work experience starting from December 2015 to present. In December 2015, they worked as a Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services until December 2017. From January 2018 to March 2020, they held the role of Lead at the same company. Later, from April 2020 to August 2022, they worked as a QA Tester. Most recently, they joined Matilda Cloud in September 2022 as a Test Engineer.

Ashwini Challa pursued their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kakatiya University. ashwini attended this university from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science from Jobs in Warangal.
