Poojitha Pradeep

Poojitha Pradeep began their work experience in 2016 as an Audit Business Analyst at Deloitte, where they inspected audit documents, performed valuation and GAAP financial statements, and managed audit training for new hires. In 2017, they worked as a Junior Analyst at Venture Lighting International, focusing on employee performance rating prediction using classification techniques and developing a machine learning model. Poojitha then joined the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas in 2019 for a study abroad program, where they identified trade dynamics and analyzed social, cultural, ethical, and economic environments in Brazil. Poojitha also worked as a Graduate Student Assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, Poojitha worked as a Business Analyst at Xenon Infotech, where they built a customer churn prediction model and performed data preprocessing tasks. Poojitha then joined OMRON Group in 2020 as a Business Analyst, working until 2022. In 2021, they worked as a SharePoint Business Analyst at Galderma. Currently, Poojitha is working at Matilda Cloud as a Project Manager.

Poojitha Pradeep completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ethiraj College For Women in 2016. Poojitha then pursued a Master's degree in Management Science at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas from 2018 to 2020. In 2017, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Loyola College. Prior to that, in 2016, they completed their M.Com - Distance Education in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Madras.

Poojitha also obtained additional certifications, including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute in May 2022 and the People Analytics certification from the University of Pennsylvania in January 2019.
