Isaac D.

Isaac D. has a diverse range of experience in finance and auditing spanning over two decades. Isaac began their career as an Internal Auditor at Stewarts Ice Cream Co in 1996. Isaac then worked as an Associate/Tax Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP before joining Pfizer in 2000, where they held several roles including Senior Financial Auditor, Audit Supervisor, Audit Manager, and Associate Director R&D Finance. Isaac then joined Merck in 2006 as the Finance Director for the clinical development organization. In 2011, they joined PolyOne as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis/Investor Relations. Isaac's next role was at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as the Head of Internal Audit, where they focused on improving the company's internal audit operations and developing the company's first Enterprise Risk Management program. Isaac then moved on to CONMED Corporation, where they were appointed as the company's first Head of Internal Audit, responsible for reviewing operations globally and establishing audit operations and SEC/SOX compliance programs. Most recently, Isaac joined MongoDB in 2019 as the VP of Financial Reporting and Assistant Corporate Controller. Isaac's impressive work experience showcases their expertise in finance, audit, strategic planning, and risk management.

Isaac D. completed their Bachelor's degree at Kingston High School. Following that, they pursued higher education at Northeastern University, where they obtained a dual degree in MS Accounting and MBA from the Graduate School of Professional Accounting. Isaac also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the New York State institution.
