Generoso Villanueva has a diverse background in manufacturing and engineering management, with significant roles in various companies. At Matimco Inc., from October 2016 to March 2019, Generoso served as Plant Operations Manager, overseeing plant operations, including production planning and inventory control, and as Manufacturing Operations Manager, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Prior experience at Philippine Kenko Corporation included roles as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, leading product development teams, and Assistant Manager in R&D/Engineering, enhancing ISO and QMS implementations for several product lines.
