Carrie Rose has extensive experience in information technology governance, risk, and compliance, with a career spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles. At Mativ, as the Director of the Office of the CIO, Carrie Rose led a project management office overseeing strategic technology initiatives and continued to manage governance and compliance responsibilities. Previously at DISH Network, Carrie Rose held multiple senior management positions focused on information security and compliance with data regulations. At Discover Financial Services, Carrie Rose was instrumental in developing and maintaining risk assessment frameworks and managing third-party risk programs. Early in the career at Fort Dearborn Company, Carrie Rose provided administrative support in a confidential environment. Carrie Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Governance and Compliance from DePaul University.
