Leah Sherman-Jones

Leah Sherman-Jones is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Communications & Engagement at Mativ since January 2023, Leah provides strategic communication consulting following the merger of legacy companies Neenah and SWM. Prior to this, Leah held the role of HR Communications Lead at Novelis from April 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included promoting HR initiatives and enhancing the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Previous positions include Senior Communications Specialist at Novelis, Communications Specialist at Randstad USA, and Social Media & Promotions Specialist at Crawford & Company. Leah began the career as a Marketing Communications Intern at Henderson Global Investors and has accumulated a diverse skill set in various aspects of marketing and communication throughout internships and roles at notable organizations. Leah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Media & Cinema Studies from DePaul University.
