Michael Monaghan

Michael Monaghan has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Michael currently works at Mativ as the VP & General Manager, with global P&L responsibility for the Industrial Solutions business. Prior to this, they were the Director of Sales - Americas at Neenah. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at INVISTA, first as the Global Business Director for the industrial Nylon 6,6 fiber business and later as the Global Sales Director for Performance Materials. Before that, they held various positions at Imerys, including Sales Director - North America, where they managed the company's performance mineral portfolio. Michael also worked at NuCO2 Inc. as the National Sales Director and at Petroferm Inc. as a VP and Business Director. Michael'searliest position was at DuPont as a Technical Manager - Sales.

Michael Monaghan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 1987. Michael then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University in 1987-1988. In 1997, they obtained an Executive MBA Certificate in Finance and Financial Management Services from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. In 2005, they attended INSEAD and received a Certificate in Senior Marketing. During their high school years, they graduated from Fenton High School with a Diploma in 1983.
