Nancy B. Lange

Nancy B. Lange is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Mativ since August 2021. Prior to this role, Nancy held various leadership positions at Plexus Corp. as Director of Quality - Americas and at Bemis Company, Inc. in multiple roles including Global Supplier Quality Manager, Director of Business Process Improvement, and Quality Manager. Nancy's career also includes a tenure as Director of Quality Assurance at Tufco Technologies, Inc. and as Quality Senior Manager at Kimberly-Clark. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, earned between August 1992 and May 1997.
