Rick Partridge

Rick Partridge has a diverse work experience in the engineering and fire protection industry. Rick began their career at Matkin Hoover Engineering in 2007 as an Engineer, where they worked until 2011. Following that, they joined Fire & Life Safety America as a Designer from 2012 to 2014, and then moved to CLS Fire Protection as a Designer from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Rick joined Capital Fire Protection as a Designer and worked there until their most recent position as an Engineering Designer at MatkinHoover Engineering & Surveying, starting in 2021. Additionally, they volunteered with the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department for a short period in 2011.

Rick Partridge attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned both a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering. In May 2017, they obtained NICET Level II - Water Based Sprinkler Systems certification from the National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies. Rick further obtained NICET Level I - Water Based Sprinkler Systems certification in April 2016 from the same institution. Additionally, in May 2010, they obtained the Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification from Ft Worth Engineer District.
