The current leadership team at Matlen Silver has a wide range of experience in both the business and human resources fields. Many members of the team have worked in management positions at various companies, including Adecco Staffing and Hillandale Communities. In addition, the team has a wealth of experience in training and human resources, having worked at Productivity Point International and Avon. Finally, the team is well-educated, with degrees from Appalachian State University, the University of Cincinnati, and other prestigious institutions.
