Penni Stackpole

Penni Stackpole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and order management. Currently serving as an Order Management Specialist and previously as a Client Service Representative at Matouk since June 2019, Penni has developed strong skills in managing customer relationships and order processes. Prior to Matouk, Penni held the position of E-commerce Manager at Trollbeads Gallery from August 2007 to June 2019, contributing to the growth of online sales and customer engagement. Additionally, Penni worked as a Corporate Action Analyst at State Street from January 2001 to January 2007 and managed operations at Not Your Average Joe's from 1997 to 2001. Penni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Western Michigan University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
