Kevin (Feng) Guo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kevin (Feng) currently serves as the Chief Operation Officer and R&D Leader at Matregenix, Inc., where they have built and led a multifunctional team and acquired multiple R&D projects. Kevin (Feng) has generated significant revenue by defining project objectives, tracking progress, and finalizing tech transfer contracts. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at American Technologies, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Guo worked as a Research Associate at the University of Wyoming, where they conducted research on oil recovery and two-phase flow in porous media. Kevin (Feng) also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, where they mentored students, operated a laboratory, and delivered lab instructions.

Guo also has experience as a CEO and Co-founder of VisibleFlow, a microfluidic chip manufacturing company. During their tenure, they successfully managed day-to-day operations and sustained a profitable business.

Before that, Guo worked as a Cost Engineer at China CEFC Energy Company Limited, where they ensured proper cost control for a construction project. Kevin (Feng) also gained experience as an intern at Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd., assisting in the energy department and collaborating with key partners.

Guo holds a Master's degree from Queen's University Belfast, where they conducted research. Overall, they have a strong background in operations, research and development, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Kevin (Feng) Guo began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2010. Kevin (Feng) then pursued further studies at Queen's University Belfast, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from 2010 to 2011. Following that, Kevin completed a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast in 2011 to 2012.

Kevin continued their academic journey at the University of Wyoming, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from 2014 to 2019. Alongside their formal education, Kevin also acquired various certifications. Some of their certifications include "Six Sigma Green Belt Certified" from the Management and Strategy Institute in March 2019, and several online courses from Coursera, such as "Python Data Structures", "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)", "Applications of Everyday Leadership", "Designing the Organization: From Strategy to Organizational Structure", "Foundations of Everyday Leadership", "Six Sigma and the Organization (Advanced)", and "Introduction to Marketing" acquired between 2018 and 2019.
