Kirk Byerley

Kirk Byerley has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kirk currently holds a position as a Business Development Engineer at Matric Limited, a contract manufacturer of electronic assemblies. In this role, they work closely with customers to meet unique assembly and testing requirements.

Prior to their current role, Kirk served as the President of Ashland Fabrication, Inc., a company that supplies adjustable pipe supports and customized support products to energy companies.

Before that, they worked in sales at APPLIED PIPELINE, INC. for two years. As a Manufacturers' Representative and Master Distributor, they provided extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service to clients in the natural gas industry.

Kirk's extensive experience at Matric Limited began in 1997, where they initially served as the Vice President of Sales & Business Development. Kirk held this position for almost 20 years before transitioning to the role of Director of Business Development. During their time at Matric Limited, they specialized in high mix/low to mid-volume contract assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, board level assembly, and cable/harness assembly.

Prior to their tenure at Matric Limited, Kirk worked as a Project Engineer at FedEx Ground from 1993 to 1997.

Their earliest work experience can be traced back to their time as a Package Handler at RPS in the late 1980s.

Kirk Byerley began their education journey in 1982 at Conneaut Valley High School and Keystone High School, where they completed their secondary education. Kirk then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) at DeVry Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1989.
