Erica Wynn

Erica Wynn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and youth support. Currently serving as the Manager of Advising Fellow Experience at Matriculate since March 2020, Erica oversees fellowship communications, supervises a team, and develops metrics to enhance advisor engagement and satisfaction. Previously, Erica worked as a Program Associate at Matriculate, coaching over 250 undergraduate Advising Fellows across the U.S., and at Step Up as the Lead Teen Programs Facilitator, where Erica created workshops for teens. Additional experience includes crisis counseling for LGBTQ youth at The Trevor Project, conducting research as a Research Assistant, and providing health education as a Care Navigator at ACQC. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University.
