Melissa Paz Flores

Melissa Paz Flores is currently a student at the University of Southern California, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Management Consulting. Melissa has gained diverse experience through various roles, including positions at the USC Career Center as a Student Engagement and Human Resources intern, and as an Advising Fellow at Matriculate, where support is provided to high-achieving, low-income students during the college admissions process. Additionally, Melissa serves as Curriculum Coordinator for USC Consulting Consortium, Co-Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for USC Helenes, and has held leadership roles in various organizations promoting diversity and student success. Recent summer internships at EY-Parthenon focused on Private Equity and Education Strategy, contributing to significant financial analyses. Melissa also participated in the IDDEAS fellowship at Stanford University, aimed at enhancing diversity in doctoral education. In addition to academic pursuits, Melissa has been recognized as a Notion Campus Leader and has held significant roles in student government and consulting groups.
