Robert Inniah has over two decades of experience in HR, working for various companies in different industries. Currently, Robert holds the position of Head - HR (Business Functions) at Matrimony.com Limited. Prior to this, Robert has held roles such as DGM - HR at RENAULT NISSAN MITSUBISHI ALLIANCE, INDIA, and Vice President - HR at Episource LLC. Robert has managed HR functions for companies in the healthcare, IT, and banking sectors, demonstrating expertise in strategic direction, organizational design, and HR operations. Robert holds a MSW in Personnel Management & IR from Loyola College.
