Vikas Gupta

Vikas Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations, distribution management, and market planning. Currently serving as General Manager of Customer Operations at Matrix Cellular since September 2010, Vikas has successfully driven team ramp-up and productivity, established the Process Management team, and implemented significant process improvements and automation initiatives. Prior to this role, Vikas held various leadership positions at Reliance Communications, contributing to distribution expansion, managing trade and salesforce engagement programs, and launching the prepaid distribution channel. Vikas began a career in consulting at IMRB International and has a solid educational foundation with a PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
