Aaron Baggarly

Aaron Baggarly, AICP, serves as Vice President at Matrix Consulting Group since February 2016, leading community development management consulting projects for public sector clients. Previously, Baggarly held the position of Planning Manager at the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, overseeing planning and grant activities, including the development of Form-Based Codes. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Planner at CGL Companies, where Baggarly managed over 60 comprehensive planning studies for local government agencies and contributed to needs assessments and facility planning. Baggarly earned a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State University between 2004 and 2007.
