Arthur Howe III

Arthur Howe III is an experienced professional in fire safety, outdoor safety, and emergency management. Currently serving as a Fishing Safety Instructor at The Fly Fishing Show, Arthur provides training on fishing safety with a focus on preparation and proper use of Personal Flotation Devices. As a consultant for Alpha Insights and GLG, Arthur offers expertise in fire and emergency services. Arthur founded the Howham Fund, benefiting students at Hampton University by promoting education in fly fishing and watershed management. A Life Member of the Maine Fire Chiefs Association and Chair of the Portland ME Sunrise Satellite Rotary Club, Arthur is committed to community service and advocacy. As President and Founder of Howe Safety Services, Arthur specializes in fire safety consulting and risk management, and also served as Fire Administrator for the Town of Harpswell, enhancing emergency services. Arthur holds a BA in Geography from Dartmouth College and an M.P.A. in Public Administration from the University of New Haven.
