Keith Reester Jr. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and organizational improvement. As President of Reester & Associates, LLC since 2003, Keith has been instrumental in providing innovative solutions for leadership development, change management, and strategic planning. Prior roles include serving as Public Works & Utilities Director for the City of Littleton and Director of Public Works for the City of Loveland, where Keith directed comprehensive public works operations. Keith has also held positions as Operations Manager for Lake Region Medical and Sr. Consultant for FMI Corporation, focusing on performance improvement and organizational development. Keith holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Alfred University.
