Terry Lewis

Terry Lewis possesses extensive experience in fire services and consulting, currently serving as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Matrix Consulting Group since June 2013. Terry's career in pyrotechnics spans from 1987 to the present at Rozzi's Famous Fireworks. Previous roles include Fleet Supervisor at AAA Club Alliance, overseeing roadside assistance services from March 2012 to July 2016, and Fire Chief (Ret) for the City of Henderson, where oversight included a fire department with 60 personnel and a budget of $4 million from November 1999 to June 2009. Additionally, Terry contributed as a Peer Assessor at the Center for Public Safety Excellence, evaluating fire departments nationwide from August 1999 to August 2009. Early career highlights include serving as a Battalion Chief at Loveland-Symmes Fire Department after starting as a volunteer firefighter. Terry holds an Executive Fire Officer degree from the National Fire Academy and a Bachelor's in Fire Safety Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati, along with an Associate's degree in Business/Accounting.
