Jennifer Todd-Goynes

Jennifer Todd-Goynes is a distinguished urban planner with extensive experience in economic development, strategic planning, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Vice President & Director of Planning Solutions at Matrix Design Group, Inc. since October 2025, Jennifer previously worked as a Senior Consultant at TIP Strategies, addressing complex challenges related to economic development strategies. Jennifer's career includes a significant role as Principal Planner for the City of Austin, leading the land development code overhaul and managing various neighborhood projects. With a rich background as an Economic Development Associate for the International Economic Development Council and a Program Analyst for DC Government, Jennifer possesses strong competencies in project management and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and dual bachelor's degrees in History and Business Management from The University of Georgia.
