Tom Berger has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom started their career in 1980 as an Engineer Officer with the US Army, where they served in active duty until 1992. Following this, they worked as a Project Manager at Uni-Systems from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, they joined the Minnesota Army National Guard as an Engineer Officer until 1999 when they became the Director of Construction & Operations at the Lowry Redevelopment Authority. Tom served in this role until 2017 when they joined Matrix Design Group, Inc. as the VP Director of Field Services. Additionally, they also served as a Senior Engineer Officer in the US Army Reserve from 1999 to 2009.
Tom Berger completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College between 1975 and 1979. Then, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1987 to 1990.
