Rumen Totsev has had a diverse range of work experience spanning over 13 years. Rumen'smost recent role was as a Technical Support Engineer at Matrix Eastern Europe, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sutherland as a Duty Manager from July 2021 to July 2022, where they resolved customer problems and escalated complex issues. Rumen also held the position of Technical Support Engineer L1 from March 2020 to July 2021 at Sutherland. Rumen Totsev obtained their Bachelor's degree in Geography from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2007. Rumen then pursued a Master's degree in Pedagogy at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2010. From 2008 to 2010, they also pursued another Master's degree in Pedagogy, specializing in Civil and Intercultural Education, at the University of Shumen "Konstantin Preslavsky". In 2011, Rumen returned to Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski to pursue a second Master's degree, this time in Geographic Information System.
