Leandro Beldi

Leandro Beldi has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Leandro currently works at Matrix Energia as the Head of Tech Delivery, overseeing architecture, engineering, data & analytics, and special projects. Previously, they held positions at CashMe, where they served as the Head of Technology and Products, as well as the General Manager of Technology. Before that, they worked at digio as the Head of Digital Platforms, Architecture, and Innovation, responsible for digital banking platforms and innovation initiatives. Additionally, Leandro was a co-founder and CEO of Trovai and guiarodas, and they held leadership positions at Agência VM2 and Opus Software. At Opus Software, they worked as a Product Owner and a Project Manager, while also being involved in software development. Furthermore, Leandro was a part of C&A Modas Ltda as an employee.

Leandro Beldi earned a Bachelor's degree in Ciência da Computação from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 1996 to 2000. In 2010, they completed a GV-PEC (Programa de Educação Continuada) in Competitividade: Inovação, Organização e Pessoas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in 2010.
