Jason Hicks, CFA began their career in 2006 as a Paralegal at Niro, Scavone, Haller & Niro. In 2009, they transitioned to Israel A. Englander & Co. where they worked as an Equity/Equity Options Sales Trader. In 2012, they joined Dash Financial Technologies as a Director and Electronic Equity & Options Trading Desk. In 2018, they moved to Matrix Executions where they held the roles of Senior Sales Executive, Head of Execution Services, and Director - Execution Services.

Jason Hicks, CFA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Chicago in 2006. In October 2018, they obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
