Rajani Nelamangala

Rajani is Matrix Group’s Vice President of Human Capital. She joined the company in 2013. Rajani oversees Matrix Group's Web Services teams, ensuring that each of the teams has the human capital support and resources they need to complete projects and exceed client expectations.

Prior to joining Matrix, Rajani served as Vice President of Administration, managing the software development, technology and overall IT/IS infrastructure, as well as HR and administration for URAC, a health care accreditation agency.

She brings more than 20 years of rich and varied experience in all areas of business management functions including project and talent management, training, and internal and client-facing communication solutions.

Rajani holds a MBA from Strayer University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and an Executive Graduate Certificate in Human Resources.
