David Zapf

David Zapf is an experienced Project Manager currently at Matrix HG Inc. since May 2023, with a previous role as Project Engineer at H & M Mechanical from December 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, David served as an Engineer at Legacy Mechanical & Energy Services, Inc. from December 2014 to September 2021 and held a Project Manager position at Eco Performance Builders from July 2010 to July 2014. David began a career in construction as a Carpenter at Loren Construction Company from June 2008 to July 2010. Early experience includes drafting internships at Schwartz Design Associates and Devcon Construction in 2007 and 2004, respectively. David holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California, earned between 2003 and 2008, and graduated from Freedom High School in 2003.
