Mr. Cheng is responsible for the overall corporate policies and development strategies and monitoring the overall management of the Group. Mr. Cheng has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in business operations in Greater China. Mr. Cheng has more than 37 years’ extensive experience in plastic toys manufacturing, property development, and investment. Mr. Cheng is also a director of Smart Forest Limited (Mr. Cheng’s wholly-owned company) which owns a share interest in the Company. He is the father of Mr. Cheng King Cheung, Executive Director of the Company.
