Heng Victor Ja Wei

Mr. Heng Victor Ja Wei was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee, and the nomination committee of the Company in December 2012. He is a partner of Morison Heng, Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Heng holds a Master of Science degree from the Imperial College of Science, Technology, and Medicine, the University of London. He is a member of and holds a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) certificate issued by The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a nephew-in-law of Dr. Loke Yu alias Loke Hoi Lam, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Heng serves as an independent non-executive director of China Fire Safety Enterprise Group Limited, Best Food Holding Company Limited (formerly known as Lee & Man Handbags Holding Limited), Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited and SCUD Group Limited, and as Company Secretary of China Life Insurance Company Limited, whose shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange.
