Christopher Hove has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at University Plaza L.P before moving on to become the Director of Operations at Double B Builders from 2001 to 2003. Christopher then joined Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital as a Behavioral Health Insurance Verification Specialist from 2003 to 2005. Hove then transitioned to the Tucson Fire Department, where they served as a Public Safety Dispatcher from 2005 to 2012 before being promoted to the role of 911 Communications Training Supervisor, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Hove founded and operated C4 Solutions, LLC, offering a range of services such as interim leadership, staffing optimization, and sales process improvement. In 2018, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Matrix Home Solutions, where they focused on lead conversion and strategic marketing. In 2019, Hove joined Grosso University as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Most recently, they became the Managing Partner at Garage Living in September 2020.
Christopher Hove attended Kishwaukee College in 1996-1997, studying Education. Christopher then graduated from Sycamore High School with a Diploma in 1995. In 2016, they obtained the Emergency Number Professional certification from NENA: The 9-1-1 Association. Christopher also holds various certifications from FEMA, including ICS-100, ICS-200, IS-700 NIMS, and IS-800 NIMS. Additionally, they have certifications in APCO Communications Training Officer and Emergency Medical Dispatch from the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials and National Academy of Emergency Dispatch respectively.
