Daniel Davis has extensive experience in sales and recruitment within the home improvement and IT sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director for Matrix Home Solutions since November 2020 and previously as Sales Manager, Daniel has been integral to the growth of the company, recognized as the largest basement finishing contractor in the Midwest. Additionally, Daniel has contributed to Matrix Basement Systems, Inc. as a Design Consultant since April 2016. Prior recruitment roles include Technical Recruiter positions at Custom Business Solutions, Inc. and Conexess Group, where focus areas included IT recruiting and full-cycle recruiting.
