Doreen E. Maxwell possesses extensive experience in operations and case management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Outreach Case Manager at Matrix Human Services since April 2011. Prior to this role, Doreen worked at Detroit Medical Center from May 1998 to April 2010 as an Emergency Room Unit Secretary. Doreen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/Management and a Master’s Degree in Education/Adult Education and Training, both from the University of Phoenix.
