Sandra James has extensive experience in project management and administrative roles, currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Matrix Human Services since July 2014 and as the President/CEO of James Consulting Services since January 2014. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator for the City of Detroit from 2009 to June 2013 and as a Project Manager at Quorum Commercial from 2000 to 2009, along with a position as Project Coordinator at Colliers International from 1997 to 2000. Sandra James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, with prior education at Saginaw Valley State University and Cass Tech.

Matrix Human Services, located in Detroit, is a private, nonprofit, tax-exempt, 501(c)3, social service organization offering a range of programs devoted to maintaining and supporting the family unit and improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages. Matrix believes strongly in offering positive life experiences, assistance with basic needs, education and supportive services which defuse crisis, treat individual and family problems and prevent abuse, neglect or criminal activities. Services are designed to empower families and individuals to achieve self sufficiency. Our diverse array of services is provided in a cost effective manner that enhances quality and economies of scale throughout the organization. Each of our Programs have a unique identity, focus and offering.
