Mariia Rachun

Mariia Rachun is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment and administration. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Mrija since August 2021, Mariia manages a department of five employees and oversees all phases of the recruitment process, including candidate selection and interview facilitation. Prior to this role, Mariia was the Owner of Furor Alchevsk from January 2017 to June 2023, where supervision of six employees and daily communication with over 100 visitors enhanced management skills. Mariia holds two Master's degrees in Strategic Management from Belgorod State Technological University and Production Management Logistics from Donbas State Technical University, both completed in June 2022.
