Amanda Schwartzkopf

Amanda Schwartzkopf, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of the Command Center at Matrix Medical Network since August 2014. In this role, Amanda oversees personnel and operations, aligning tactical and strategic directions with Contact Center objectives, specifically in executing health risk assessments. Previous positions at Matrix include Production Control Coordinator, Production Control Lead, and Resource Planning & Analytics Analyst, where Amanda honed skills in production planning, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration. Prior to Matrix, Amanda was the Payment Poster Team Lead at UAP Clinic, supervising a team and ensuring accurate payment processing. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from IWU National & Global and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Purdue University.
