Cory Lewis

Cory Lewis, CPC, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Midwestern State University and possesses extensive experience in medical coding and auditing. Currently serving as a Medical Coding Auditor at Matrix Medical Network, Cory is responsible for assigning HCC codes, researching and entering ICD10, CPT, and CPT II codes, maintaining a coding accuracy rate of over 97%, and assisting in audit projects. Previous roles include Medical Coder/Biller at Orthopaedic Sports Therapy Center and Orthopaedic Associates, LLP, where responsibilities included coding for E/M, consults, and surgery, as well as auditing claims to analyze denials and payments.
