Kevin O'Kelly-Lynch

Kevin O'Kelly-Lynch has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Kevin is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Matrix Medical Network, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Business Services at Haemonetics from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they led corporate turnaround efforts and accelerated revenue growth through various responsibilities such as Information Technology, Service Revenue Business, and COVID-19 response coordination.

From 2009 to 2016, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Global Business Services at Medtronic, where they established and led a global multi-functional Shared Service organization. Kevin was responsible for finance, ERP platform, customer operations, and robotic process automation. Kevin also led the integration management office post the acquisition of Covidien plc by Medtronic plc.

Before Medtronic, Kevin worked at Covidien Ltd. as the VP & Assistant Treasurer from 2007 to 2009. In this role, they established global treasury operations and improved cash conversion cycle through leveraging BPO capabilities in accounts payable management.

Prior to Covidien, Kevin had a long tenure at Tyco International Group SA, where they held various positions including Managing Director & International Treasurer from 2003 to 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the international treasury operations and board chairmanship of the global financial holding company structure. Kevin also served as VP Finance & Treasury, CAO & Managing Director and General Manager & CAO.

Kevin started their career at Diageo Finance Ireland in 1992, where they served as a Transfer Pricing Manager and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Kevin also worked as a Financial and Management Accountant at Fujitsu Global from 1988 to 1992.

Throughout their career, Kevin O'Kelly-Lynch has achieved numerous key accomplishments in the areas of corporate transformation, revenue growth, shared services, treasury operations, and financial management.

Kevin O'Kelly-Lynch has pursued education in the field of Accounting, earning a degree in ACMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, they have studied Business & Accounting at Trinity College Dublin, obtaining a BSc(MGMT) degree. In the area of Entrepreneurship, they completed an Executive Education program at Babson College in 2021. Kevin also attended Babson College in 2010-2011 for an Executive Education program focused on Leadership.
