Brenda Syfert

Brenda Syfert has extensive experience in customer service, marketing, and data management, with a current role as a Distributor at It Works Global since November 2013, focusing on customer service and marketing efforts. In addition, Brenda serves as a Certification Technician at Matrix Metals and Keokuk Steel Castings since May 2012, handling data entry for sales orders and customer contact lists, while issuing Certified Test Reports. Previous positions include Customer Service Representative at PRC Telemarketing from March 2006 to December 2007 and Administrative Assistant at United Methodist Churches from September 2003 to August 2006, where responsibilities included data entry, communications, and scheduling. Brenda holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Office Administration from Southeastern Community College.
