Douglas Montalbano has extensive work experience in the energy and construction industry. Starting in 2014, they joined Matrix NAC and held various roles, including President and Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2014, they worked at URS Energy & Construction, Inc. as the Director of Business Development. Additionally, they had previous experience at URS as the Director of Business Development from 2012 to 2013. Douglas also had a long tenure at URS Energy & Construction, Inc. (formerly Washington Group International, Inc) where they served as the Director of Business Development from 2004 to 2014, during which they held several positions including Associate General Counsel and Legal Counsel.

Douglas Montalbano has a diverse education history. Douglas obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, cum laude, from the Villanova School of Business in the period from 1997 to 2001. Furthermore, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, which they completed between 2001 and 2004.
